Born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Bob graduated from St. Raphael Academy in 1958.  After serving time in the National Guard, he attended Mt. Ida Mortuary College and graduated in 1961.  Bob has been serving families in Pawtucket since 1964 when he built the Lachapelle Funeral Home.

Bob is married to Marguerite Lachapelle and they have one daughter, Christine Lachapelle-Miller.  The Lachapelles currently live in Seekonk, Massachusetts. 

Bob is a member of the National Funeral Directors Association and the Rhode Island Funeral Directors Association.

Born in 1975, Christine grew up in Seekonk, Massachusetts.  She attended Bishop Feehan High School and graduated in 1993 before attending Providence College.  Christine has been working at the Lachapelle Funeral Home since 1994.  She currently resides in Pawtucket, with her husband and four children.
